Each tier has a limit of transcription minutes per month.

- Creator: 600 minutes
- Pro: 1,200 minutes
- Premium: 1,800 minutes

What languages are supported?
Currently we only support English (US and UK). We’re working on adding more language support in the near future.
Can I generate transcripts from a YouTube video?
Yes, simply choose the YouTube upload option when adding your media. Your video will be automatically imported from YouTube.
Are your transcripts checked by humans?
No, all our transcriptions are generated by our video AI system. This means they are created instantly, with a high level of accuracy, however our AI may fail to recognise some words such as names, slang, or speech with strong accents.
Can I manually correct the AI transcripts?
Yes! Simply switch the editing mode in the transcript viewer
Can I export the transcripts?
Yes! If you only want a piece of the full transcript, just select the part of the transcript you want, copy the text, and paste it into another tool.
If you want to export the entire transcript, it is available as plain text or an SRT file.
