Is my video data secure and private with AI video search tools?
With Imaginario AI, yes. Content is encrypted at rest and in transit, libraries run on segregated servers, access is controlled through single sign-on, and customer content is never used to train AI models. The platform is TPN Gold certified.
What is TPN certification?
The Trusted Partner Network is the Motion Picture Association’s content security program. Studios use it to assess vendors that handle their content. Gold is its highest certification level, based on independent assessment of security controls.
Does Imaginario keep a copy of my master files?
No. Imaginario indexes from lightweight HD proxies while your masters stay in your own storage or MAM. Search results and clips reference your content, they do not duplicate your archive.
Can we delete our data?
Yes. Customer content and indexes are deleted on request and when an engagement ends, under the terms of the data processing agreement.
Can Imaginario run on-prem or air-gapped?
We are in the process of releasing on-prem and air-gapped processing software, so that all indexing and intelligence stays entirely within your own environment. If your content cannot leave the building, talk to us about early access.
Can you help us migrate from an existing MAM or DAM?
Yes. We offer a migration service that makes it easy to export your assets, metadata and everything else into Imaginario, at a very accessible price. It is most often included as part of the agreement.
Where is my footage stored and processed?
Your masters stay in your own storage or MAM. Imaginario pulls lightweight HD proxies for indexing and processes them in the cloud on segregated servers, with hybrid deployment available and on-prem and air-gapped options on the roadmap.
Does Imaginario train AI models on your data?
No. Customer content is never used to train AI models, ours or anyone else’s. Your footage is processed only to index and serve your own library.
