Quick Start: from upload to your first clip
New to Imaginario? This is the whole workflow in five steps — each one links to a full guide.
- Check your setup. Use Chrome on a desktop with a solid connection — see System requirements.
- Upload your content. Drag and drop, pick a local file, or connect cloud storage. Choose what to index: speech, visuals, sounds — see Uploading & Indexing Content.
- Find your moments. Search by what was said, shown or heard (Video Search Basics), explore topics and keywords (Discovery), or clip straight from the transcript (Highlight to Edit).
- Save and refine. Save clips into Collections, then trim, reframe and caption them in Clip Studio — or let StoryLab™ assemble clips for you.
- Deliver. Download clips, transcripts and SRTs — or export a project file to Premiere or DaVinci Resolve and finish on your high-res masters.
Only index what you need — an interview usually needs just speech. Fewer indexing types means faster processing.
