It gives editing teams a scalable, high-performance pool of storage they can all work from at once, with the flexibility to expand and reallocate space as projects demand. It is widely deployed in broadcast, film, and post facilities, and pairs closely with Avid Media Composer in professional cutting rooms.
Avid NEXIS works with Imaginario in both directions. Connect Avid NEXIS and Imaginario indexes the folders or buckets you choose where they live, pulling lightweight proxies so your originals never move. Search that footage by what is said and shown on screen, then send finished clips and metadata back to Avid NEXIS.
