Managing Folders, Uploads, Clips and Collections

Can I manage multiple folders at once?

Yes, you can select multiple folders that contain long-form videos and choose to:

• Delete them
• Download them in bulk

What actions can I perform on files (long-form clips)?

For individual or multiple files (clips), you can:

1. Download them.
2. Add them to a collection.
3. Delete them — deleting removes it for every collaborator and admin connected to your account.

How do I manage saved clips?

Under Clip Saved, the same actions apply:

• Download
• Add to Collection
• Delete

What about managing collections?

In the Collections section, you can:

• Delete clip collections.
• Add a new collection using the “Add Collection” button.
• Export an entire collection or individual clips to Clip Studio for multi-clip editing, or to Adobe Premiere / DaVinci Resolve — see Export to Premiere / Resolve — Collections.

Can I still add new folders?

Yes! In the Folders section, click “Add Folder” to create a new folder anytime.
